DEXIS, a global medical equipment manufacturer, needed to unlock value from its connected products data quickly and efficiently. Lexmark’s Optra IoT platform was picked to turn raw data into insight and operational execution.
My role was Global Messaging Manager and I worked with the stakeholders to develop the relationship with Dexis leadership, conduct the interviews, draft the case study, website content, and video.
